1. Orders & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before the item has shipped. If you’d like to cancel an order, please email us at hello@wearfeierabend.com as soon as possible. Once your item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.

If you decide to keep at least one item from your order, you can return the rest for free.

If you return your entire order, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via Feierabend gift card.

Items marked as “final sale” (including clearance items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States using UPS.

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We use Wix Payments to securely process all payments. We accept:

5. Sales Tax

Feierabend is based in New York and is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the State.Clothing and footwear items under $110 are exempt from New York State’s 4% sales tax, but local taxes may still apply based on the delivery address.Orders that include items priced above $110 may be subject to both state and local sales taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

We do not currently collect sales tax in any other U.S. states, but this may change as our business grows. If and when required by law, we will update our policies to reflect those changes.

6. Product Availability
While we strive to keep our product listings up to date, we reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase.
